Responsibilities

  • Enable Sales Excellence by ensuring the sales team has the right tools and motivation.
  • Elevate client experience by mentoring team members on high-touch service.
  • Oversee the execution of the sales ceremony for consistency and efficiency.
  • Inspire the team with product knowledge and brand storytelling.
  • Drive client retention and acquisition through CRM tools.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Mentor Client Advisors to foster collaboration and improvement.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and shop maintenance.
