About the Role

As a lunchtime supervisory assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting at lunchtimes. We are an Opal School, where play is the foundation of learning. In this role, you will embrace the importance of play as a dynamic process that builds understanding, relationships, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils while they eat their lunch.
  • Ensure standards for healthy eating.
  • Lead the children in opal play.
  • Be responsible for safeguarding and promoting their welfare and following child protection procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Appropriate knowledge of first aid is desirable.
