A leading global service provider in Manchester is seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Manager to oversee project delivery within healthcare estates. You will lead the planning and execution of lifecycle projects, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Building Services, has proven lifecycle management experience, and can work independently. This role offers a salary range of £47,000 to £54,000 and requires effective communication and people management skills.
We are seeking a dynamic Lifecycle Manager to lead the delivery of Sodexo’s ambitious Living Zone plans for 1 to 5 years within our healthcare estate. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, mobilisation, and completion of projects, working closely with supply chain partners, subcontractors, and our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and statutory compliance of our healthcare facilities, supporting a patient centered environment.
