A leading local authority in the UK is seeking Library Services Assistants to provide excellent customer support in Birmingham's iconic library. The ideal candidates will have experience in front-line customer service and be comfortable with ICT systems. We are a Living Wage Employer, and all our roles will be paid as such where the pay scales are below the Living Wage rate.
Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Working 18.25 and 36.5 hours per week
As a Library Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and supported. From answering enquiries and assisting with ICT to helping coordinate events and exhibitions, you’ll play a key role in making the library a vibrant and accessible space for all.
