Duties
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.
  • Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation in an orderly manner.
  • Carry out inspections for existing properties.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Hours

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm. Additional hours will be discussed during the interview.

Pay

£18,000.00 – £20,000.00 per year.
