Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar legal administrative role would be highly desirable.
  • High level of accuracy required.
  • Ability to switch between tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to solicitors and team members.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update client files and prepare legal documents.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing, and manage office supplies.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by management.
