We’re recruiting for a Lecturer in our award‑winning Forklift Truck Maintenance and Repair programme to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College.
As a Lecturer you will inspire Forklift Truck apprentices from across the country by delivering and sharing your industry‑leading skills, knowledge, and professional behaviours.
The successful candidate will be required to produce high‑quality and challenging learning experiences and deliver engaging training through a blend of classroom teaching and digital learning. Occasional workplace visits may be required.
We’re looking for someone with significant experience in material handling device maintenance and repair, who has experience working with apprentices in an educational and/or industry setting. You must have up‑to‑date knowledge of material handling device technologies and the knowledge of how to embed the needs of employers into the curriculum delivery.
Good interpersonal skills, teamwork and time‑management skills are required to succeed in this role as well as the ability to work with a range of people and work flexibly to changing demands.
