A leading learning and development firm in Norwich is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to guide Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives. This full-time role encompasses LMS development, compliance tracking, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in delivering effective learning solutions and is CIPD qualified or progressing towards it. Norse Groups Learning and Development team are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
As Learning & Development Specialist (Systems) you will take the lead on LMS provision for the group, ensuring the system is effective, user-friendly, and aligned with organisational needs. This role focuses on LMS development, maintenance, and integration, while supporting compliance and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include:
Lead the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the LMS, ensuring system integrity, usability, and alignment with organisational needs.
Design and implement LMS structures to support learning pathways, compliance tracking, and performance management processes.
Act as a trusted advisor on LMS capabilities, providing guidance to stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with the L&D administration team to resolve system queries and implement solutions that reduce recurring issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date LMS data, ensuring consistency and compliance with Norse branding and standards.
Work with the Quality Compliance & Training Manager, supporting the ongoing review of the courses catalogue with SMEs for all mandatory /essential courses to ensure content up to date and reflects current statutory / compliance / regulatory requirements.
