Job description

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of Learning and Organisational Development services, while building valuable skills in administration, data management, and communication. You'll play a key part in supporting training initiatives, coordinating events, and helping us deliver high-quality services that make a real difference across NHS Wales.

Main duties of the job

Provide efficient administration and reporting support to theStrategic Talent & Leadership Developmentteam.

Help organise training sessions, meetings, and events.

Act as a first point of contact for queries and provide excellent customer service.

Work with digital tools like SharePoint, Excel, and ESR to manage data and produce reports.
