Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Lean Practitioner to spearhead our internal process transformation. In this key role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to capture and formalise existing practices, turning them into clear, scalable systems that drive efficiency and consistency. This opportunity would suit a recent postgraduate with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies and a passion for operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Continue to map and document internal workflows across departments to enhance efficiency and transparency
  • Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Exploit bottlenecks, constraints, and inefficiencies, implementing improvements
  • Lead CI initiatives to drive process gains
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practice
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Hours of Work
  • Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 17.00
  • Fridays – 08.00 – 16.30
