Qualifications

  • Qualified to NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA qualified with a strong Bodyshop background.
  • Experience as a Bodyshop Controller, Workshop Manager, or Quality Controller.
  • Ability to produce compliant, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Organising the Bodyshop by controlling job statuses and conducting progress meetings.
  • Ensuring all tools and equipment are in working order.
  • Completing job cards and managing shop floor procedures.
  • Liaising with technicians regarding quality issues.

Skills

NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA qualification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Full UK/EU Driving Licence
Strong customer experience focus
