Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc).
  • Experience with Main Works Contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC4 ECC contract Options A, C, and E.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing commercial team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for all commercial and contractual matters.
  • Manage commercial performance and contractor relationships.
  • Oversee construction spend, risk exposure, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and commercial dashboards.
