• 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale property capital works.
• Strong contract management and procurement experience.
• Health & Safety awareness and a current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of project delivery: design, specification, tendering, installation, and sign-off.
• Overseeing contract administration and health & safety compliance.
• Building partnerships with contractors to deliver high-quality services.
