The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in the industry, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in key 3D tools. This role involves collaborating with various departments, managing a team of artists, and ensuring the highest quality of work within established timelines. A hybrid working model is offered, requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in feature film or high-end TV.
• Well-versed in film grammar and cinematic shot composition.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Google Suites.

Responsibilities

• Set aesthetic benchmark and oversee 3D sequence creation.
• Manage modeling, texturing, and rig solutions.
• Train and support junior and senior artists.

Previs, Post-vis, or Layout Artist experience
