An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Rheumatology Department at North Devon District Hospital ("NDDH") for an individual who has experience in Rheumatology Nursing. The Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist Role will be part of the CNS Rheumatology team and work closely with the Multi‑Disciplinary Team to deliver excellent care to iya patients.

Thetik post holder will be responsible for the provision of highly specialised and quality nursing service for our rheumatology patients along with promoting self‑care and independence. The post holder will need to carry out nursing duties in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct and ensure all professional standards and Trust Policies are faculties with the Trust policies.

You should be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the service, have the ability to demonstrate assessment, management and treatment of rheumatology patients along with showing initiative and a proactive approach to improving standards of patient care.

You will be supported by the Clinical Matron of Medicine who will have overall responsibility for ensuring that patient care, safety and experience is at the highest standard.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
