What’s expected of you? DeterTech is seeking a confident and enthusiastic commercial executive to join our growing sales team. Customer Acquisition will be responsible for generating and confirming qualified leads to pass onto our sales teams and convert to appointments.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and a confident communicator, comfortable in a telesales role. They will support the sales teams by providing customer and market research and analysis and maintain excellent customer relationships. As well as representing the company and its solutions, they will be able to deal with complaints effectively and appropriately to ensure we maintain customer satisfaction and learn from any mistakes.
