• A proven manager or team leader, or someone ready to step into their first leadership role.

• Lead a small team of designers in developing new and existing product designs.
• Create, modify, and validate 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure effective design translation.
