Qualifications

• PhD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong experience in LLMs / generative AI: model selection, finetuning, evaluation.
• Software engineering experience including IaC and cloud platforms.
• Experience with data pipelines and retrieval systems.
• Skill in implementing performance and cost monitoring for models.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with CI/CD best practices and stateful LLM system designs.
• Strong publications record in applied LLM/ML research areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM-based solutions for healthcare challenges.
• Build backend services, APIs and support end-to-end deployment.
• Fine-tune and evaluate models focusing on performance and fairness.
• Optimize models for production use and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across teams to align on solutions and drive adoption.
