A leading insurance company is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join their high-profile Data Engineering Team. In this role, you’ll deliver innovative data solutions, work closely with data scientists, and lead a team of engineers in transforming data into business insights. The position offers a salary range of £55,000 - £65,000, along with a bonus opportunity, generous pension scheme, and a range of employee benefits, including flexible working options.

Are you someone who would like to be part of our high-profileData Engineering Team?We are seekinganenthusiastic Data EngineerSpecialist to be part of our innovative team which help shape the future of the life insurance business at Aviva.You’llwork and guide the work of a team of data engineers using languages of SQL and some Python in market leading tools like Snowflake anddbt(as well as SQL Server) to transform raw data from multiple systems into business focussed information. Information that can be used for a range of purposes from Data Science, Informational Dashboards and Reporting through to Self-service queries by analysts.
