Qualifications

• Experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
• Positive, hardworking attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Stamina to walk up to 10 miles a day and operate landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure landscaping equipment on trucks and trailers.
• Operate walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns.
• Plant and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment.
• Keep job sites clean by removing debris, weeds, and trash.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
