Job summary

A leading estate and commercial property agency is seeking a part-time on-site Landlord & Tenant Lease Advisory professional in Bournemouth. The role involves managing landlord and tenant matters, providing expertise on lease agreements, and ensuring excellent client relationships. Candidates should have expertise in landlord and tenant matters, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the Southern England commercial property market is required. RICS accreditation is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills to maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the commercial property market in Southern England is required.

The company offers specialized teams that manage various aspects of residential and commercial property services. Privately owned, the Goadsby Group is guided by its Directors and key staff, who hold shares in the organisation.

Role Description

This is a part -time on-site Landlord & Tenant Lease Advisory role located in our Bournemouth office. Responsibilities include managing landlord and tenant matters, providing expert advice on lease agreements for both rent reviews and lease renewals for our landlord dominant client base .

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Landlord and Tenant Matters
  • Experience in Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters is essential
  • Strong Customer Service skills to maintain excellent client relationships
  • Organisational, communication, and negotiation skills will be your forte
  • Knowledge of the commercial property market in Southern England is required
  • RICS accredited qualification preferred , but not essential
