A leading energy company in Inverness is seeking a Land Consents Manager to manage land rights for electricity projects. You will develop consent strategies, manage risks, and lead negotiations for essential land agreements. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills and experience with stakeholders, including government and landowners. Salary: £49,004 - £57,728 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Our Land Consents Managers play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our project portfolio, helping drive progress toward a net‑zero carbon future across our electricity distribution network. In this position, you’ll be responsible for securing, managing, and maintaining strong land and property rights for underground cables, overhead lines, and ground‑mounted equipment on both public and private land.
A full, current driving licence is essential.
