Knowledge & Expertise Coordinator EMEA

Ashurst – Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom

Join us as a Service Management Coordinator in our global Knowledge and Expertise (K&E) function. This role delivers efficient workflow management and administrative support, acting as the central contact point for internal and external queries and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide workflow management and administrative support for the K&E function.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for K&E in EMEA, engaging with internal and external clients.
  • Triage service requests and connect stakeholders with specialist resources.
  • Manage a diverse range of on‑demand tasks from leadership, ensuring efficient coordination within the function.
  • Report to K&E's Programme Manager and collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the Service Management Coordinator in APAC.
  • Maintain high-quality research, thought‑leadership resources, learning programmes, mentoring, and next‑generation tools to enhance legal teams’ work and client delivery.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a workflow or administrative role in a law firm, other professional services, or corporate environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent coordination, organisational, and time‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with basic data management and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
