Qualifications

  • Experience in catering preferred but training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible hours across 5 over 7 days.

Responsibilities

  • Wash-up using dishwashers and hand wash.
  • Clean and maintain organization within the kitchen and serving area.
  • Assist with cleaning the front of house area if required.

Our location is contentiously striving for excellence . The site caters for day pupils as well as boarders and staff and includes not only a breakfast, lunch and supper service but also an extensive hospitality service.

As well as having an excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

Duties:

  • wash-up using dishwashers and hand wash
  • cleaning and maintaining organization within the kitchen, stores and serving area
  • washing plates, cutlery, pots etc
  • washing and polishing glassware
  • cleaning Kitchen area as required, mopping floors, emptied bins etc.
  • assist with cleaning FOH area and floor if require
  • Have good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Fun and enthusiastic
  • Have excellent organization skills
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team
  • Have a flexible approach to work

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week (5 over 7) . Overtime available. ~Term time only. Mainly 7:30am -12:30pm however flexibility is required.
