Our client, an independent surfacing contractor, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers high-quality projects nationwide, working with clients across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.

Role Description
  • Drive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector.
  • Identify new clients and opportunities to grow market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic planning and exceptional service delivery.
  • Build long-term and meaningful partnerships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue and expand market presence.
  • Prepare and submit all required documentation for tenders and bids, including quality submissions, certifications, and insurance details, while maintaining records of shared materials for future reference.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and position the company effectively.
  • Attend client meetings when needed, actively participating in discussions and fostering strong partnerships.
