The Job:

Join Stanley Engineered Fastening and become the driving force behind our automotive business in the UK! We’re looking for a passionate Key Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with our key automotive customers, while leading application and business development.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion new product innovation and grow our presence with leading automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers
• Build strong partnerships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored fastening solutions
• Develop and execute strategic plans to win new business and protect existing accounts
• Own customer relationships—be their voice inside Stanley and ensure their requirements are met
• Collaborate with customers to develop products for cutting‑edge vehicle platforms
• Support exciting build events, technology shows, and key meetings
• Drive quoting and pricing strategies, providing valuable market insights

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering) or equivalent experience
• Proven sales experience with OEMs or large customers
• Solid background in the fastener industry
• Experience in application development with OEM or Tier 1 suppliers
• Strong focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
