Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and record management
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, letters, and internal HR communications
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance procedures
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and validating attendance, leave records, and employee changes
  • Handle general employee inquiries and elevate issues when needed
  • Support performance review cycles
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, people operations, or administrative roles (startup experience is a plus)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees across all levels
  • Basic understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance processes
