The candidate will collaboratively develop creative content, assist in business development, and contribute to client pitches. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The DOT team specialises in developing award-winning dynamic ads for a diverse range of high‑profile clients, including Samsung, EE, Lloyds Bank, Sky, Mondelez, L’Oreal, and LEGO. Our in‑house studio is a powerhouse of creativity and technology, offering advanced dynamic creative solutions across Display, OOH, Social, and Video channels. We collaborate with both internal and external ad tech partners to enhance awareness, consideration, and conversion‑focused campaigns, seamlessly integrating data and ad tech for more personalised experiences.
As a Junior Designer, you will work collaboratively with our highly skilled Design and Account teams to conceptualise and develop cutting‑edge digital ads. You'll gain hands‑on experience in the creative process, from initial concepts to final production, and be involved in business development and client pitches.
