The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team. This role is ideal for a commis or trainee chef ready to take the next step in their culinary career.

You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, supporting the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high‑quality dishes across a variety of sections. You’ll take responsibility for assisting with your own section, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our high standards of quality and hygiene.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain exposure to à la carte dining and large‑scale banqueting, and grow within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Supporting senior chefs in managing a designated section of the kitchen.
  • Following recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines accurately.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Helping ensure your section is fully prepared and stocked for each service.
  • Learning and developing skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Assisting with mise en place, prep work, and kitchen organisation.
  • Monitoring and minimising food waste.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Contributing ideas and supporting menu development.
