As our Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with your delegated clients, ensuring client satisfaction and leading digital marketing projects with support from our Senior Account Manager.
Winner of Digital Agency of the Year 2023 and Social Media Agency of the Year 2022, Social Chameleon is a rapidly growing London-based digital marketing agency. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Accounts Manager to manage some of our small-to-medium client accounts.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Account Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with your delegated clients, ensuring client satisfaction and leading digital marketing projects with support from our Senior Account Manager. You will also work closely with the marketing professionals on each account, setting appropriate work deadlines and acquiring information and advice that can be relayed back to clients as needed.
We appreciate this may be your first accounts manager role, so we’re looking for underlying skills and experience, including organisational skills (critical!), customer service experience, strong verbal and oral communication skills, and a keen interest in learning!

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year (experience dependent)
Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
