What's the role?

As Junior Account Manager - Sales & Integration, you will play an important role within the Sales & Integration department at Adlib. You will support the sales team with delivering solutions to a diverse range of customers across multiple sectors. Reporting to the Regional Sales & Integration Manager, you will work closely with the S&I team as part of a department which covers the whole of the UK and serves many varied sectors of the industry.

The right candidate will learn from and support the senior members of the wider S&I team to become a crucial factor in the team's success.

Although the role is primarily based out of the Adlib London office, you will be required to travel on occasion for key strategic meetings held throughout the year at our Liverpool HQ and to the site as the project you are working on may demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with processing enquiries: taking and responding to sales enquiries, engaging with clients and prospective clients
  • Prepare quotes, specify solutions and progress sales through the CRM system
  • Assist the sales team with managing, collating and using customer information within the CRM system
  • Work alongside the sales team and applications team to bring together complex sales systems and solutions

Order Processing & Delivery:

  • Engage with manufacturers to fulfil sales orders and projects through to completion
  • Handle general Sales & Integration order processing, including ordering, receiving and configuring sales items
  • Conduct occasional on-site work as required
  • Focus on client satisfaction and delivering exceptional results from small sales to large integration projects
What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Background knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, or stage engineering equipment components and systems (experience in multiple disciplines would be desirable)
  • Some experience and understanding of general Health & Safety requirements when working in technical entertainment fields, and acceptance of its importance
  • Experience in communicating with clients with a customer-focused approach would be desirable

Skills:

  • Competent in at least one technical discipline: audio, lighting, video, or stage engineering, with knowledge of the others (competent in multiple disciplines would be a bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage your diary effectively as well as being a strong team member

Tools & Technical Skills:

  • Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Office/Outlook/Microsoft 365 applications
