A healthcare technology provider in England is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support day-to-day technical operations. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage user accounts, and enhance IT performance in collaboration with the team. Experience in Intune, Microsoft 365, and thorough understanding of network configurations are essential. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to infrastructure maintenance and improve system efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.
As the IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. You will handle support requests, perform diagnostics, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
You will work closely with the IT team and key stakeholders throughout the business to provide efficient and effective IT support. They will identify opportunities to improve the organisation’s overall performance through the implementation and support of various IT systems and tools.
In this role, you will also work alongside the IT Infrastructure Engineer (Infrastructure) to support effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, networking, and related infrastructure.
You will be proactive and self-sufficient with a proven record of providing excellent IT support.
A will provide 2 nd /3rd line support, technical advice, documentation, and recommend actions in conjunction with the IT Support team. They will investigate and troubleshoot complex issues when further escalation or technical assistance is required.
You will contribute to and deliver initiatives that support continuous improvement, review processes and controls within the team, and assist with evaluating technologies that may benefit the business.
You will contribute to the ongoing monitoring, maintenance and improvement of security systems and compliance.
