• Proven experience managing an IT support team.
• Strong background in IT service desk operations.
• Good technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Understanding of Windows & Linux environments, VMware, SQL, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Familiarity with Cyber Essentials and ISO27001.
