Our IT supplier management team have an exciting opportunity for an IT Supplier Management Specialist to join the team and work alongside some of Aviva’s biggest strategic IT partners. The team sits within Infrastructure & Operations and you will support the IT supplier relationship managers in delivering value from our suppliers and a brilliant customer and colleague experience. You will also have opportunities to get involved with wider supplier management activity.

This role could be ideal for you if you have experience in stakeholder management, you are naturally curious and always seeking ways to challenge and improve the status quo, and you have a passion for learning and developing yourself.

A bit about the job:

As an IT Supplier Management Specialist your role will be varied, supporting management of supplier performance, supplier risks and continuous improvement across a range of strategic IT suppliers and IT services. You will analyse supplier data and ensure reporting is delivered on time and to quality. You will build a strong relationship with colleagues and suppliers. You will also have the chance to work with multiple IT organisations & technologies, develop your supplier relationship management skills and progress your career at Aviva.

  • Salary Circa: £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
