Location: Hybrid / 2 days in our Islington Support Office in London

Overview & Purpose

The IT Project Manager will deliver technology projects across a wide range of areas and disciplines that will underpin the Prezzo Italian business transformation. These areas will include work on Network and Infrastructure, POS, Marketing and CRM, and operational facing systems. This is a full end‑to‑end project management role, responsible for initiating, planning, delivering, and closing projects, ensuring that they meet business objectives, deliver value, and are transitioned successfully into business‑as‑usual operations.

Project Delivery
  • Define and maintain project initiation documents (PIDs), charters, and business cases.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and Gantt charts.
  • Run requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Translate requirements into specifications for suppliers, developers, or integrators.
  • Oversee UAT, testing, training, and go‑live readiness.
  • Ensure smooth handover to service and operations teams, including BAU documentation.
  • Track benefits realisation post‑implementation and provide reporting to leadership.
Change & Stakeholders
  • Run tender and procurement processes (RFIs, RFPs) for technology vendors.
  • Evaluate supplier responses and lead selection processes with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor deliverables in collaboration with procurement/finance.
  • Prepare and deliver steering committee packs, status updates, and project dashboards.
  • Manage project governance, including risk, issues, dependencies, and change control.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Support change management activities including training, adoption, and process change.
Requirements Essential
  • Previous experience within the Hospitality sector.
  • Experience planning and documenting PIDs, business cases, RAID logs, and project plans.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and vendor specifications.
  • Experience managing vendors, RFIs/RFPs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 environments.
  • Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or other recognised project methodologies.
  • Supplier and contract management experience.
  • Ability to move fast and deliver change at pace, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the role.
  • Organised and structured planner with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Influential and persuasive with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Collaborative and team‑focused, building trust across the organisation.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and resilient under pressure.
