We’re seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Operations Analyst to join our CTO function. This junior role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in technology operations, financial governance, management information (MI), and automated reporting. The successful candidate will gain exposure across project delivery, finance, data analytics, and operational optimisation, offering a unique opportunity to understand how a modern technology organisation functions end‑to‑end.
This role has been created as part of a growing CTO Operations capability. Over time, this function to evolve into a broader MI and reporting capability that supports strategic and operational decision‑making across the entire CTO organisation. As such, the Operations Analyst will play a key role in shaping this evolution, contributing to the standardisation of financial processes, enhancing data quality, and helping build automated reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
For a candidate with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a drive to improve ways of working, this role offers an excellent platform for progression.
