Experience of analysing business processes, gathering information and working collaboratively to develop business solutions is essential.You will have knowledge of the range and variety of business processes within a local authority organisation, demonstrable experience of administrating and supporting a large information system for business/service use.You will have excellent oral/written communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
