At David Allen, ensuring everything operates seamlessly behind the scenes is a key role of our Business Administration team. From managing essential office processes to supporting colleagues and clients, in this role you will support the department achieve its goals.

This is more than just an administrative role, it is an opportunity to gain a Level 3 BTEC National Foundation Diploma in Business, whilst gaining valuable knowledge and experience in a professional services environment.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as available, in this diverse and engaging role where you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of our office and delivering exceptional service to both the internal team and clients. From managing essential administration tasks to maintaining quality standards, you will ensure that every aspect of your work is carried out with accuracy, professionalism and care.

Providing support on a wide range of activities including billing, purchasing, credit control, and stock management. You will benefit from continuous training and development, ensuring you remain up to date with best practices, compliance standards, and the changing needs of the business.

You will need to be highly organised, detail oriented and confident in communicating with clients and colleagues alike. You will be supported by a friendly and forward‑thinking team and will also have opportunities to get involved with networking events and company initiatives, helping to strengthen relationships and promote our services.
