Qualifications

  • Experience with 1st line IT support.
  • Full clean driving licence (occasional travel may be required).
  • 12+ months IT support experience and/or formal IT qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with PC/laptop setup and IT checks.
  • Providing 1st line IT support to staff.
  • Supporting IP phone systems and in-house software.
  • Managing user accounts and joiner/leaver procedures.
  • Maintaining spare equipment and monitoring tasks.
