The role

We are now looking for an IT Applications Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential desk‑based support and system administration for our applications, with a focus on the Optima system. As we continue to grow and adopt new digital solutions, you’ll play a key role in supporting additional applications across the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide responsive, desk‑based support and advice to users across the business
  • Log and manage calls, emails, and tickets through our IT case management system
  • Resolve common functional and technical issues, escalating when necessary
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth system performance
  • Support users of all abilities, helping them become more confident and self‑sufficient
  • Maintain accurate records in our IT Service Management system
  • Escalate bugs, issues, and enhancements through the correct channels
  • Be a friendly, approachable point of contact for non‑technical users
What we’re looking for
  • Experience: Strong background in application support and user engagement
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Optima or similar systems
  • Education: Good standard of education including Maths and English
