Job summary

Job description

The IT Analyst PMO/PSO role involves providing comprehensive day-to-day support and collaboration with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, and stakeholders. This includes essential administrative tasks, coordination, and governance support to ensure projects are well-organised, on track, and adhere to established project management processes, standards, and best practices.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and organising all project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and progress reports. You will ensure that these materials are consistently aligned with established standards and best practices, providing a strong foundation for the successful delivery of projects.

You will collect, analyse, and interpret data related to programme and project performance, producing comprehensive reports and dashboards. These will be used to provide clear insights into progress, identify emerging issues, and support effective decision-making. You will also present findings to stakeholders in a way that is both accurate and accessible.

As the primary point of contact for enquiries, you will act as a reliable source of information for stakeholders, ensuring that updates and responses are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

You will play an active role in developing and executing the programme and project communication plan, using a range of channels to keep stakeholders well-informed about key developments.
