Overview

An exciting job opportunity has arisen in our Administration department for the Integrated Single Point of Access (ISPA). We work in conjunction with community nurses and occupational therapists who deliver patient care to Winchester, Andover, Alton and Basingstoke districts. Known as the Mid & North Hampshire patch.

We are searching for someone who is patient focused, striving to give every patient who they interact with in the service to the right care. Providing excellent telephone manner to both Patients and Nurses and the ability to address and answer email referrals professionally.

This is the perfect post for anyone who has previous experience within an administration role or knowledge of community health and social care. However, it is not essential as full training is provided. We are looking for someone who is a great team player but can also work independently, with great communication skills and the ability to be flexible, adapt and prioritise to ensure quality care is fully focused on.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent telephone manner to Patients and Nurses and address and answer email referrals professionally.

  • Support the Integrated Single Point of Access (ISPA) within the Administration department, working in conjunction with community nurses and occupational therapists to deliver patient care to Winchester, Andover, Alton and Basingstoke districts (Mid & North Hampshire patch).
