The Inzpire Opportunities Gateway Associate Project Manager (OG APM) is responsible through the OG Senior Programme Manager (OG SPM), into Head of Division (HOD) for Engineering & Opportunities Gateway (E&OG), for the day-to-day coordination of cross-company OG supported bid activity and contract delivery management.
The OG APM is to support the OG SPM in providing Inzpire’s Operational Business Units (OBU) knowledge on the functional use of key commercial frameworks through:
For OG supported bid activity, the OG APM is to liaise between Inzpire functions and division leads as well as framework commercial managers to ensure bids progress through multiple processes in a timely manner to meet KPI driven targets. They are responsible for producing bid documents and pricing sheets for assurance by the relevant function, scheduling and coordination of assurance reviews and stakeholder management.
For OG supported contract delivery management, the OG APM is to anticipate delivery milestones, customer check-ins and coordinate pre-planned Technical Assurance activities; subsequently liaising with the relevant OG PM and/or OG SPM around event scheduling. They are responsible for submitting contract deliverables via electronic systems where required.
The OG APM is required to be proactive and flexible in their approach to meet the unique challenges of each situation. They will, on occasions, be required to support other company activities as directed.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
