Job summary

A leading food business in the UK is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory and Waste Coordinator based in Redhill. Qualifications

  • Experience analysing waste, inventory, availability or product lifecycle.
  • Understanding of shelf-life management, MLOR, inventory management methods and chilled/ambient operational behaviours.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining weekly and monthly reporting of inventory and waste.
  • Producing waste driver analysis.
  • Root cause analysis on issues such as forecast variances.
  • Drive waste reduction initiatives and lead structured interventions.
  • Support demand planners by reviewing forecasts for high-waste SKUs.
  • Lead monthly waste reviews with key stakeholders.

Skills

Supply chain or operations experience in FMCG, retail or food manufacturing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Curious, proactive, and improvement driven
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
