Job summary

A well-established consulting firm is seeking an Interim Group Reporting Manager. This role involves managing the group reporting process, overseeing audits, and delivering accurate financial information to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting skills and preparation experience for Board-level reporting. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, and is based on-site 4 days a week in West London.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Group Reporting / Consolidations role.
  • Experience preparing Board‑level reporting and packs.
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the group month-end close and consolidation process.
  • Prepare group management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Own the external audit process, acting as the key contact for auditors.
