Job description

Our high-growth PE backed client require an Interim Finance Consultant for the next 6-9 months to run a recapitalisation due diligence project.

Key Responsibilities and Profile required:

• Experience running and managing the due diligence for a recapitalisation and partial exit
• Experience of £1bn+ transactions (namely exit/sell-side experience)
• Working directly with investment banks – providing information as required; understanding the demand and expectations for requirements, and timelines
• Working directly with external lawyers – as above including SPA documentation
• Able to work autonomously in delivery of this project
