What You’ll Do
- Identify, target, and qualify new prospects across the UK, Europe, and the USA
- Develop action plans, track KPIs, and drive sales performance
- Support BU Directors with meetings, lead generation, and strategic insights
- Manage our CRM as the in-house expert, including training and support for internal teams
What You Bring
- Degree in Commerce/Marketing
- 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management, ideally in market research, pharma, or healthcare
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Proficiency in CRM (Hubspot or equivalent)
- Passion for challenges, technology, and building lasting relationships
