Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, telemarketing, recruitment, or fundraising.
  • Familiarity with the UK Public Sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC framework and CRM systems is desirable.

We’re looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities. Role Purpose

You’ll replace traditional telemarketing with a structured, personalised, and value-driven approach to early engagement. Using our MEDDIC-based qualification process, you’ll nurture prospects and book meetings that help our senior sales team close deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Follow up on inbound leads from webinars, events, and campaigns.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Use structured sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Meeting Booking: Schedule qualified meetings and prepare detailed briefs for senior sellers.
  • AI-Driven Productivity: Use AI tools for research, call notes, follow-ups, and personalised outreach.
  • Knowledge Building: Stay informed on our AI platforms, case studies, and roadmap.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to refine qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Customer-facing experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, telemarketing, recruitment, or fundraising.
