Inside Sales Account Manager

The internal sales team at Climb is the driving force behind our impressive double-digit growth! Every day, they pursue new sales opportunities with existing clients, offering knowledgeable, honest, and friendly advice. It’s all about striking the perfect balance between a commercial mindset and building long-term relationships.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will be part of a successful sales team, responsible for developing, managing, and growing sales and relationships with existing customers and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include reacting to and identifying new and renewal opportunities, supporting customers and partners, increasing brand awareness, and achieving team sales targets.

On a daily basis, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Climb’s resellers and their new and renewal business needs.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing reactive and proactive customer quotations and working closely with other teams to ensure world-class service.
  • Identifying and acting on upsell, cross-sell, and consolidation opportunities.
  • Creating long-term pipelines and providing regular forecasts.
  • Achieving customer agreed response times
  • Introducing Climb UK’s proposition to both new and existing partners.
  • Continuously learning about new products, enhancing your knowledge, and selling skills.
