Responsibilities
- Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
- Observe employee work performance, assess body mechanics, determine risk, and create mitigation plans.
- Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace efficiently and completely with a focus on continuous improvement coaching.
- Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
- Proactively address discomfort through education and job‑specific coaching to eliminate injury contributions.
- Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
- Identify, develop, and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics to optimize population health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training.
- Other qualified disciplines: Associate’s degree in PTA with licensure; or Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a military healthcare setting.
- Discipline‑specific license or certification as appropriate.
- Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
- BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.
